The information on this page, together with the agreement form below, shall constitute an agreement and conditions of service for the provision of the equipment noted on the form.
Please read the points below in detail; completion and submission of the agreement form below indicates that you have read the information on this page and agree to abide by all conditions of the agreement.
We require that you be contactable, on the contact numbers provided on the agreement form, prior to delivery to confirm that you would like to go ahead with your booking. At this stage you can cancel your booking free of charge due to bad weather. If at this point you decide to continue with your booking you will be required to pay the full amount agreed even if the weather is unsatisfactory during your booking. The delivery team will then contact you when they reach your area for specific directions to your home.
Please note that in the event that we cannot reach you on the numbers provided we may have to cancel your booking to continue with our other deliveries.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT WE ARE ABLE TO REACH YOU ON THE DAY BEFORE YOUR BOOKING FROM 9AM TO 9PM AND THE MORNING OF YOUR BOOKING FROM 6AM.
Delivery of equipment is normally between 7.30am and 12noon on the morning of the date booked. During peak season we occasionally deliver the equipment on the previous day of your booking but this is not a guarantee.
We require a person over the age of 18 to be present at the time of delivery to show the delivery team where the equipment is to be placed along with allowing them access to an adequate source of electricity. This person will also be required to sign a hire agreement and contract for insurance purposes and will be advised by delivery personnel on the different usage guidelines of the equipment you have ordered, that will need to be followed. It would be best if you provide us with this person's contact number.
Collection time's of the equipment varies depending on the time of the year. During peak season collection times begin at 7.30pm on the evening of your booking. If you have booked for two consecutive days collection will be on the evening of the second day.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee late collections or any time past the collection start times for a given time of the year. If you would like to have your equipment late on the evening for which you have booked, please contact us and we will advise you of the options we might have available.
